So in my search for Cabling for my new STB via Component I came across the What Hifi Awards for best Component video cables. The winner was the QED Qunex P-CV1. Valavien has his system wired with some QED X-Tube and has been really happy with it. So I figured I'd check it out as an alternative to the IXOS cables. In the article they listed the price at 45 pounds, I though not too bad of a price (on current rates from XE.com it works out to be about $107 AUD). I put a call in to a local store that I know stocks QED, who came back with a price of $259. I think it's time to find someone in the UK who will ship to Australia.
