So after a long time being addcited to the arcades and managing to break habit, Nintendo have gone and tried to lure me back! In October of this year Mario Kart Arcade GP is due to ship to Australian Arcades.
The unit will come as a two-seat unit standard, but can be linked up with other units for additional fun. There are twenty four courses of varying difficulty in all - almost a record for an arcade machine - with additional challenge stages. It allows you to take a picture of yourself, so that other racers know just exactly which racer you are. Handy. Naturally, Mario Kart Arcade GP has the same crazy gameplay that the series has become famous for, with coins for
additional speed, lightning bolts, stars, shells and a heap of secret moves.

Looks like I'll have to be saving up my coins to be feeding the arcade beast again... At least I might find someone who'll want to challange...
