Before people start barrating me for not being a fan of the Firefly series, I'm really enjoying watching it!
As a series I think it's really well written, pleantly of action balanced with the right amount of humour and drama. The thing I don't get is the combination of half western, half space sci-fi mix. The part that sets off the continuity bells is the lact of flow on technology, it's like a series of the Magnificent Seven with the occasion spaceship throw in?? Did Joss Wheldon just want to make a western series but couldn't get the funding and to get around it made a 'sci-fi' series? Don't get me wrong I really like it... I just am a little confused about the justification...
