In the Lord of the Rings:Fellowship of the Ring when Frodo and Sam are in the field with the scarecrow, a car in the distance moves from right to left.
In Gladiator when Macimus feeds an apple to his hourse, a crew member in blue jeans is glimpsed between them.
I'm in Sydney at the moment so I haven't been able to confirm but I admit I'm keen to confirm it.

I have also seen a shot from Pirates of the Caribbean of a close up of Johnny Depp where you can see an Adidas tag on his bandanna.
