Disillusioned....

My previous half-started, half-finished blog post I think sums up my general feelings this week. Although we generally complain about having too much on at work, the inverse is hardly much fun either... It's fairly difficult trying to find it rewarding going to work when there is really not much on. I think however the crux of the matter is that even when the work is there the general frustrations with lack of direction, process and proffesionalism are starting to take their toll. It's not that I don't enjoy the work consulting but I think the manner in which I've had to perform it has worn thin.
