How much is too much to pay to discover if my player is Region Free. According to one of the forums the early firmwares of my player allowed all regions to play. The trick is no one seems to know if that's for sure or if they have locked it down....
The Curse of the Golden Flower is $14.95 on Amazon... is that too much?
Of course if it is region free... Blu ray discs suddenly become a lot cheaper.

Also interesting is whether you were going to break this news to me ... The HD DVD/BluRay box is full. Why do you need more DVD's anyway???
