It's been a strange weekend so far (and yes i'm aware it's only saturday night). Without out Ness around for the weekend it's been a strange combination of nothing to do and having too many things on. Tonight i'm heading to the Brisbane Jazz Club to see Ty Noonan perform in Palimpsest. After that it will probably be out somewhere to watch England vs Paraguay. I almost made it through (the first minute) of the world cup game between Germany and Costa Rica. I'd had a late night of mini games from the New Super Mario Bros (NSMB) against Andrew and after singing at a wedding a few hours of rehearsal, taking ness to the coast and watching the opening ceremony of the world cup I fell asleep. Luckily the PVR came to the rescue and i watched it this morning. The PVR is set vs just in case i miss any other games. Nice to see some rain in Brisbane today even though it brought an end to the spectacular run of top down driving, but i guess it wasn't going to last forever. Another thing about the rain it does make MinX a handful. I have only tailed it out once this weekend though and i'm blaming oil on the road, it did give the person behind of a hell of a scare.
